How can I use the videos?
Videos in the Always Culture platform are used in many ways:
- Orientation Length videos are typically used for new staff training or onboarding. These videos are range from 10 to 15 minutes in length.
- Staff Meeting Length videos are typically used in a ‘huddle’ meeting or similar atmosphere. These videos range from 5 to 6 minutes in length.
- Tactical videos are used in many situations, including one-on-one training, team training, refreshing specific tactics, and much more. These videos are 1 to 2 minutes in length.
How long is the license?
Always Culture videos include a lifetime license.
What about Clinics and Emergency Departments?
Look for information on Always Culture CG CAHPS and EDPEC products in the future. Contact us or follow us on social media to receive an update when these products are available.
What are the technical specifications of the video files?
Digital video files are in the H.264 .MP4 format at 1280x720p.
Where can I use the videos?
Videos may be used on your intranet or staff website, and played in training settings, conference rooms, etc.
Do you offer refunds?
Always Culture does not provide refunds. To ensure the product is a good fit for your organization, we can offer a full preview of each video in our system before purchase.
Can we asses our staff’s comprehension of the information?
Yes, we include a 10 question assessment and an answer key for each of the 5 videos.
Is there any branding on the patient videos?
Other than a small copyright notice at the end of the video, there is no branding on the patient videos.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At checkout you have the option to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order.
What languages are available?
The patient education videos are available in both English and Spanish. The Spanish language videos were shot with a native speaker, and are not merely overdubs of the English versions. Staff training videos are available in English.
Can I edit the videos?
No, the videos may not be edited or modified in any way.
Can I get a physical copy of the videos?
We deliver electronic versions of the videos. If you need a physical copy, contact us before purchase and let us know your needs.

There are no additional costs unless you wish to use the videos at additional locations outside of what your license covers.
